What you'll be doing:

You'll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organisation, which supports all our different divisions. You'll complete rotational 'gigs', gathering experiences in areas like innovation and concept development, design, testing, manufacturing, or service support for sectors as wide-reaching as Electrical, Defence, IT and Digital & Data. It means you could find yourself doing anything from exploring nuclear options for powering space travel, to helping develop exciting new demonstrator engines like our UltraFan. Or using data, technology, and AI to improve a power station's impact on the environment, test marine automation software, or keep our company cyber-safe.

Thanks to a combination of digital learning and on-the-job training, you'll build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts. People who are as invested in your success as you are.
