Description:

  • Own end-to-end problem solving across a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Support the engineering team in building business-facing experiences for startups and global companies.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, think rigorously, communicate effectively, and make hard trade-offs.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy and responsibility in ambiguous environments.
  • Technical acumen to discuss architecture and technical strategy with senior engineers.
  • Commitment to fostering a healthy, inclusive, challenging, and supportive work environment.
  • Strong interest in mentorship and growing engineers.
  • Experience with financial product companies and financial products/markets preferred.
