The Enterprise Applications Support Manager oversees the support team responsible for maintaining and optimising critical business applications and acts as the first contact for user support. This is a global remote role with occasional travel as required.

The Enterprise Applications Support Manager oversees the support team responsible for maintaining and optimising critical business applications and acts as the first contact for user support. This is a global remote role with occasional travel as required.

Responsibilities include managing the application support team, resolving escalated issues, serving as the primary liaison with support vendors, and driving improvements in support processes and user experience. The role also involves coordinating escalations with business analysts and technical teams and collaborating with stakeholders across regions and organisational levels.

The primary support focus will be Oracle Fusion, though you will have some exposure to other applications such as Salesforce.

This exciting and fast paced role is part of a wider Group IT function delivering new technology and business change to a global enterprise and supporting its daily operations. Collaborating with people around the world and engaging with teams of different disciplines, you will be a key member of the team to help influence our global delivery.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential - multiple module knowledge is required
  • Experience working in an application support or IT management role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Highly visible with a positive attitude and commitment to helping the team and business achieve its goals.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles
