About the Role

Looking to kickstart your career in data analytics within the public sector? We are seeking 2 Entry-Level Data Analyst / Case Management Executives to support citizen-facing operations and data analytics initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on case management, reporting, CRM systems, and AI-related projects while gaining valuable exposure in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and assess appeals relating to government schemes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Review cases and provide recommendations based on established guidelines.
  • Manage complex cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Liaise with government agencies and internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate responses.
  • Analyse operational data, public feedback, and service quality trends.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.
  • Support CRM system enhancement projects and AI-related initiatives, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases.
  • Perform data cleansing, text analysis, and pattern matching using Python and regular expressions where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support system enhancement initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with relevant internship or work experience.
  • Internship or working experience in customer service, operations, case management, public administration, data analytics, or related fields will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming.
  • Experience using regular expressions (Regex) for text cleaning or data extraction will be an advantage.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or performance metrics is preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
