Entry Level Admin Assistant Location: Barking

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: £25,500

We're a growing wholesale business looking for a motivated and reliable Administrator Assistant to join our friendly office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career or looking for a new challenge. Full training will be provided, so attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and office teams
  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Processing quotations, orders, and invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding stock and deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate records and customer information
  • Delivering excellent customer service
