A Structured Graduate Career Designed for Ambitious High Achievers

If you are looking for a graduate opportunity that combines structured career progression, significant earning potential, professional development, and a high-performance culture, this is an opportunity to build more than just your first job.

Our Graduate Scheme is designed to provide ambitious graduates with a clear and measurable pathway from entry level through to senior positions within the executive search industry. From your first day, you will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and exposure to senior professionals and high-growth businesses.

You will develop valuable commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills while building expertise within a specialist market. As your capability and performance develop, so does your responsibility, earning potential, and access to further career opportunities.

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

You will join our Executive Search team, working alongside experienced consultants to identify and secure high-calibre talent for leading businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed market research and candidate mapping
  • Identifying and engaging with senior professionals within specialist markets
  • Managing conversations with experienced candidates through calls, meetings, and interviews
  • Supporting clients with tailored recruitment and talent strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing an understanding of executive search, headhunting, negotiation, and deal management
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and collective objectives
  • Taking increasing ownership of your market, clients, and candidate relationships as you progress

The role combines research, communication, commercial strategy, negotiation, and relationship management, providing a strong foundation for graduates who want to develop a high-value career within a performance-driven professional environment.

A Career Built Around Progression

We believe ambitious individuals should have a clear understanding of what their career can look like from day one.

Our structured progression framework provides transparency around the skills, behaviours, and performance required to advance through the business.

As you progress, you can expect:

Graduate Consultant → Recruitment Consultant → Senior Consultant → Management and Leadership Opportunities

Your progression is supported through structured training, regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentorship. Increased responsibility and seniority are aligned with increased earning potential, allowing your career development to directly influence your financial rewards and professional opportunities.

For high performers, the opportunity extends beyond simply progressing through job titles. As you establish yourself within the business, you can develop specialist market expertise, take ownership of key client relationships, mentor others, and progress towards future leadership opportunities.

The objective is simple: to give ambitious graduates the platform, support, and commercial opportunity to build a career on their own terms.

Competitive Salary and Uncapped Earning Potential

  • Starting salary of £27,100 – £29,000
  • Uncapped commission structure, with potential commission rates of up to 60%
  • Realistic first-year earnings of £50,000+
  • High-performing consultants achieving six-figure earnings
  • Performance-based incentives that increase alongside your contribution and success

Your earning potential is not restricted to a fixed salary band. As your skills, performance, and responsibilities develop, your ability to generate income increases with them.

For ambitious individuals, this creates the opportunity to build not only a successful career, but also the financial independence and lifestyle that can come with sustained professional success.

Training, Development and Career Advancement

Our Graduate Academy is designed to accelerate your development and give you the foundations required to build a long-term career.

You will receive:
