Executive Assistant - Apple Content and Services, Europe & Growth Markets

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other's ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better. It's the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you'll do more than join something — you'll add something.

Apple is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to support Senior Executives within the Content and Services team across Europe. Content and Services is at the heart of Apple's creative and commercial ecosystem — spanning Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Apple Arcade, and more — and this role sits right at its centre. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will provide exceptional executive support while helping to drive the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic, internationally distributed team. If you are a self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills, a passion for content and entertainment, and a deep affinity for Apple's products and brand, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored administrative support to Senior Executives and their direct reports for ad hoc tasks — thinking strategically, seeing around corners and acting ahead of requirements so leaders can focus on what matters most.
  • Own complex diary management — demonstrating flexibility and sound judgement to prioritise, adjust and protect schedules in response to last-minute changes across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate complex international travel — including full itinerary planning, logistics, visa documentation, and related expense management.
  • Drive flawless execution of administrative activities, maintaining consistently high standards of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Lead day-to-day team operations, including:
  • Meeting planning & logistics — scheduling, agenda curation, note-taking, actions and follow-ups for executive visits, staff meetings, off-sites, all-hands, business reviews and planning sessions.
  • Policies, systems & process — managing and maintaining team tools for planning, tracking and archiving of work and information (e.g. Wrike, Box, Slack).
  • Technology — managing and tracking team equipment; supporting the onboarding journey for new hires.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, from intimate team sessions to larger-scale content or partner events.
  • Initiate purchase orders and complete expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper — managing access and communications on behalf of Senior Executives with professionalism, discretion and goodwill.
  • Collaborate daily with executives, internal stakeholders and fellow Executive Assistants across the company, locally and internationally.
  • Be a passionate advocate for Apple, demonstrating energy, positivity and a genuine connection to Apple's products, content and values.
  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Outstanding calendar management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and last-minute changes
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement
  • Ability to act as a gatekeeper while maintaining goodwill
  • Proficiency with Mac, iPhone, and Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Mail, Calendar); experience with Wrike, Box, Slack and other collaboration tools is highly desirable.
  • Interest in or experience within the content, media or entertainment industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple's products and services, and the broader creative and entertainment landscape.
