Description

We are looking for an expert Executive Assistant to support 2 Senior Executives in our Apple Content and Services team for Europe for the period of a maternity contract. If you are a pro-active, adaptable team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored administrative support to a 2 Senior Executives and some direct reports for punctual tasks.
  • Be the office manager for part of our London office, ensuring rooms are well managed and maintained.
  • Guarantee flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organisation and process.
  • Own complex diary management – including arranging video conferencing, conference calls, internal and external meetings across multiple time zones with the flexibility to accommodate changes to schedules and logistics at short notice.
  • Coordinate international travel itineraries.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events.
  • Initiate purchase orders and complete expense reports.
  • Collaborate daily with executives, internal stakeholders and other Executive Assistants across the company both locally and internationally.
  • Be a passionate advocate for Apple, showing strong attention to detail, high energy and a positive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Used to working in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Interest and experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity.
  • Confidentiality, discretion and judgement.
  • Able to act as a gatekeeper while retaining goodwill.

Preferred Qualifications

  • iMac and iPhone literate.
  • Experience with working within the Entertainment Industry a plus but not essential.
  • Deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple’s products, and mobile technology.
