The RoleThis is not a traditional diary‐management EA position.

You will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring their time, attention, and energy are deployed against the highest‐impact priorities. The founder is externally visible, and deeply involved across investors, product, hiring, and international expansion.

Your role will sit at the centre of this activity, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to an environment that moves quickly and demands precision.

The position is a highly flexible role based in Soho with some occasional international travel required.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate an evolving, high‐volume schedule spanning investors, board members, media, and other key stakeholders.

Apply judgement to prioritise engagements based on commercial and strategic value.

Anticipate conflicts and resolve challenges before they escalated.

Track key initiatives across fundraising, US expansion, partnerships and senior hiring.

Prepare briefing materials and synthesise information to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for critical meetings.

Maintain visibility over deliverables and follow‐ups, ensuring momentum is sustained across multiple workstreams.

Serve as a trusted first point of contact for high‐profile external stakeholders.

Coordinate communication with investors, venture partners, founders and senior operators across Europe and the US.

Design and manage complex travel schedules across time zones, optimising for efficiency and productivity.

Handle international logistics seamlessly, adapting quickly to changes and unforeseen developments.

Introduce systems and workflow improvements that enhance executive effectiveness.

Build scalable processes around executive communications and task management.

Reduce friction and administrative load across the CEO\'s day‐to‐day environment.

Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Represent the CEO and the company with maturity, composure and professionalism at all times.

Required Experience

5+ years\' experience supporting a Founder, CEO or C‐suite executive in a high‐growth, fast‐paced environment.

Experience within venture‐backed tech, start‐ups or scaling businesses.

Commercially aware, able to understand business context rather than simply manage logistics.

Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to operate autonomously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
