We are seeking a highly skilled and consultative Senior CV Writer to join our growing team, specialising in the creation of elite, board-level CVs and personal branding documents for senior executives.

About the Role

As a Senior CV Writer, you will work closely with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and aspiring Non-Executive Directors to craft compelling, board-ready CVs and personal profiles.

You will act as a trusted advisor, leading in-depth consultations to extract and articulate your clients’ strategic impact, governance experience, and leadership value. Your ability to translate complex careers into clear, powerful narratives will play a key role in helping clients secure board-level opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Deliver a premium, consultative service to senior executive and NED-level clients
  • Conduct detailed discovery calls to uncover career achievements, board experience, and leadership strengths
  • Guide clients on positioning for Non-Executive Director, Trustee, and advisory roles
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience throughout

CV Writing & Personal Branding

  • Produce high-quality NED CVs, board bios, and supporting documents
  • Translate complex executive careers into concise, compelling, and strategically aligned narratives
  • Highlight governance, risk, strategy, ESG, and stakeholder engagement expertise
  • Tailor documents for specific board roles, sectors, and international opportunities

Quality & Process Excellence

  • Continuously refine CV frameworks, templates, and storytelling approaches
  • Apply client feedback and outcomes data to improve content quality and success rates
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all deliverables
  • Contribute to internal training and best practice development for executive CV writing

Client Experience & Delivery

  • Manage multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Handle revisions and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive executive information

Operational Support

  • Use CRM and workflow systems to track client progress and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support reporting on key KPIs including turnaround times and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in CV writing, executive coaching, personal branding, or similar
  • Experience working with senior executives, C-suite, or board-level clients
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of executive careers and strategic leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of Non-Executive Director and board-level roles
  • Experience within executive search, L&D, or professional services
  • Exposure to international clients and markets
