Join an award-winning in-house creative team at the heart of M&S Food\'s marketing-led transformation. Since 2019, this studio has been the driving force behind every M&S Food advert—work that helped secure Campaign\'s In-House Agency of the Year.
As a Food Junior Creative, you\'ll help generate standout ideas across TV, OOH, Press, and Social, shaping work that is both strategically sharp and tonally true to the M&S Food brand.
Ideally, you\'ll bring around three years\' experience in a creative advertising agency and a genuine passion for great food storytelling.
We\'re reshaping our Food business to broaden its appeal, protecting the magic our customers love while modernising everything else. That means outstanding quality, high sourcing standards, and market-leading innovation remain at our core, while we transform our supply chains, improve our stores, and deliver better value.
After all, this isn\'t just food… this is M&S Food.

You\'ll be responsible for generating ideas across multiple channels (TV, Out of Home, Press & Social) that strategically and tonally represent the M&S Food brand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, writing ability, experience inventing and leading artistic concepts, and have at least 3 years in a creative advertising agency.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
We\'re an inclusive, dynamic, exciting, and ever-evolving business built on doing the right thing and bringing exceptional quality, value, and service to every customer, whenever, wherever, and however they want to shop with us.
