Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks , serving ice cream and bubble tea drinks, ensuring each customer receives a memorable experience.

A strong understanding of food safety standards and barista skills are essential to maintain our high standards of hygiene and product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of Coffee, teas, Ice cream, bubble tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Operate the POS system efficiently
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and customer service protocols
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Skills
  • Proven experience as a barista, preferably with expertise in bubble tea preparation
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Good maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods
  • Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure quality control across all products
