Role Overview As a Data Entry & Customs Administration Clerk at arenaflex, you will be the reputed company of our customs operations, ensuring that every shipment meets regulatory requirements and moves smoothly across borders. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and file customs paperwork for EU and UK shipments. Accurately enter data into our proprietary logistics platform and transfer information between systems. Generate and request all necessary customs clearance documents, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Manage multiple email inboxes and communication channels between carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Confirm that each shipment has the correct documentation to clear customs without delay. Identify and resolve discrepancies or misalignments in shipment data. Maintain a clean, organized office environment and support administrative tasks as needed. Essential Qualifications Proven data entry experience with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working in an office setting, comfortable with routine administrative tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
