Experienced Evening Office Cleaner – Own Car Required

Experienced Evening Office Cleaner – Own Car Required (Monday–Friday) – Central London

£13.00–£14.25 per hour + mileage and performance-related bonus.

Do you take genuine pride in delivering exceptionally high cleaning standards? Are you someone who notices the details others miss, takes ownership of your work and isn't satisfied until everything has been left exactly as it should be?

We are looking for an experienced professional cleaner with exceptionally high standards to join our team, working across prestigious offices in Central London.

This is primarily a cleaning role. The vast majority of your time will be spent cleaning and maintaining our client sites to an exceptional standard. As an additional responsibility, you will also carry out stock deliveries between our locations approximately twice per month, which is why a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

We are specifically looking for someone with previous professional cleaning experience who understands that exceptional cleaning is about more than completing a checklist, it’s about noticing the details and maintaining consistently high standards

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday between approximately 6.30pm and 11.30pm, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.

Why join Pyndar?

Pyndar isn't a typical facilities management company. We're bringing a modern, service-led approach to a traditional industry.

We provide bespoke facilities management and cleaning services to some of the most prestigious organisations in Central London. Our standards are exceptionally high, and we look for people who take the same pride in their work that we do.

We believe great work should be recognised and rewarded. We invest in our people, encourage initiative and give talented team members the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as they develop.

At Pyndar, we don't aim simply to meet expectations – we exceed them.

Pyndar Perks – What's in it for you?

  • Hours: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday, approximately 6.30pm–11.30pm
  • No weekend work
  • Location: Client sites across Central London
  • Pay: £13.00–£14.25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Workplace pension
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), including confidential wellbeing support, counselling, legal advice and professional coaching
  • Wellbeing app access
  • Access to hundreds of employee discounts across a range of retailers

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Clean and maintain multiple prestigious client sites to consistently exceptional standards
  • Take ownership of the areas you clean, checking your own work carefully and ensuring nothing has been missed
  • Pay close attention to the details that make the difference between an acceptable clean and an exceptional one
  • Identify and report cleaning, maintenance or presentation issues before they become problems
  • Use initiative to deal with anything that falls below the standard expected rather than simply walking past it
  • Respond positively and professionally to client requests
  • Support with stock checks, replenishment and supply management
  • Carry out stock deliveries between our locations using your own vehicle approximately twice per month
  • Support colleagues where required to ensure the wider team delivers an excellent service
  • Represent Pyndar professionally within every client environment
  • Look beyond the immediate task and identify opportunities to provide additional support to our clients

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced cleaner who takes genuine pride in doing a job exceptionally well. Cleaning experience is essential for this position; we are looking for someone who already understands professional cleaning standards and can demonstrate strong attention to detail.

You should have:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience – this is essential
  • Exceptionally high cleaning standards and excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine eye for things others might miss, such as marks, dust, fingerprints or areas that haven't been presented properly
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • The initiative to take action when something isn't right without always needing to be asked
  • Excellent reliability, punctuality and consistency
  • The confidence to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional manner when working within premium client environments
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently
  • The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused when plans or client requirements change
  • Confidence using smartphones, apps and other workplace technology
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Spanish language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential

The right person will not simply complete a cleaning checklist and leave.

You'll be the type of person who notices a mark on a surface and removes it, spots when something hasn't been presented correctly and puts it right, and checks your work before considering the job finished.

You'll take ownership of the environments you work in and understand that, within the premium offices we service, the small details matter.

We're looking for someone who is already an experienced cleaner and takes real pride in leaving every area immaculate. The driving element is a small additional part of the position, with deliveries typically required only around twice per month.

If you're dependable, proactive, have exceptionally high cleaning standards and enjoy being trusted with responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
