Export customer service clerk

We are currently recruiting for an Export Customer Service Clerk to join a well established global freight company


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding export shipments.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, overseas offices and internal departments.
  • Provide regular shipment updates and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
  • Ensure all export documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with resolving customer queries and operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Export teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and relevant freight regulations.

Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
