You’ll run it, scale it, and build a machine around it.<br />We want someone who’s driven by mission, not just money.</p> <p>If you want to be just another media buyer, this isn’t for you.<br />If you want to help people, move fast, and finally work on something real—you’ll thrive here.</p> <div></div> <p> <strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Take over our Meta ad account (currently spending £400K/month)</p> </li> <li> <p>Come up with 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns (Founder will send you some things to turn into ads)</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and test landing pages that actually convert</p> </li> <li> <p>Use our 33K+ reviews, customer stories, and product results to fuel your creative</p> </li> <li> <p>Turn the founder’s raw ideas, notes, or videos into full ads (when provided)</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Build your own lean team as needed</strong> (e.g., video editor, outsourced image creation, etc.) — but only when it’s worth the money. We run lean, cut dead wood fast, and only hire when absolutely necessary so you should have the skills to start doing the above and then hire.</p> </li> <li> <p>Hit and maintain ROAS targets unless testing a branding initiative</p> </li> <li> <p>Ask for what you need—tools, creators, budget.
