Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns aligned with marketing goals
  • Conduct audience research to identify target segments and tailor ad creatives accordingly
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinements to improve performance metrics
  • Monitor campaign analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager to track key KPIs such as CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROAS (return on ad spend)
  • Manage media buying budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns to maximize reach and engagement while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management, advertising policies, and platform features to ensure compliance and innovative campaign strategies
Experience
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms with a strong track record of achieving measurable results
  • Hands-on expertise in media buying, PPC campaign management, and audience targeting strategies
  • Proficiency with advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration into paid social campaigns for holistic digital marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance metrics effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable campaign improvements
