Family Law Case worker Urgently Needed

Urgently Needed FAMILY LAW LEGAL EXECUTIVE / CASEWORKER (REMOTE)

We are a growing family support and case management service assisting clients nationwide with divorce, financial remedy and private children proceedings.

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Executive, or Caseworker to assist with an existing caseload.

The ideal candidate must have solid practical experience in family law and be confident managing files independently. All successful Candidates will be asked to complete a 2 week fully paid trail period.

Experience Required

  • Experience in completing C100, C1A, Form E & D81 is essential
  • Divorce proceedings Financial remedy proceedings Drafting and reviewing Form E Financial disclosure and supporting documents Questionnaires and schedules of deficiencies Position statements Witness statements Chronologies and case summaries Consent orders Child Arrangements applications (C100) Children Act proceedings Non-molestation and occupation order applications Scott schedules Bundle preparation Court correspondence and procedural compliance General family law case management
The successful candidate must possess:
  • Excellent drafting skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines effectively Experience liaising with clients professionally and sensitively Ability to work independently and remotely
Role Details:
  • Full time/ Part Time/ Self Employed roles all available
  • Freelance basis Remote working Existing caseload available Flexible working structure Pay and caseload to be discussed depending on experience
