Shifts Monday-Friday 0800-2000 & Saturday 0800-1800

As a Field Operations Coordinator, you\'\'ll be ensuring all Service activity is supported for all installations and Service Visits. Communicating with all relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively and supporting o0ut Field Technician workforce. Driving business targets by ensuring business critical reports are received daily by collaborators.

Delivering end to end fault and Install management on a day to day basis to deliver on business KPIs, and providing support dispatchers and customers, ensuring delivery of service is maximised. Providing insight and understanding behind real time performance drivers ensuring risks, impacts and mitigation plans communicated.

Handling Field impacting IT issues, and ensuring clear communication is sent to the field and back office teams with limited or no disruption/impact to the customer & ensuring fault repair and install quota is offered within agreed SLAs, amending on the day to suit demand.

The must haves

  • A Background in a Customer Focused roles
  • Proven experience working with multiple Stakeholders
  • Microsoft Excel to support problem solving activities and scenario modelling.
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft Packages
  • Be able to travel into the Birmingham Office once a Month
