<p><strong>Sales Development Representative (Remote in Manchester)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>This role will focus on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the UK FMCG retail market. The candidate must be able to actively sell into convenience shops and tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Retail Sales & Promotion: Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets. Actively pitch and sell products, ensuring Vaporesso/Dojo items are stocked and promoted.</li><li>Account Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities to expand sales.</li><li>Market Monitoring & Feedback: Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences in the FMCG/vaping retail space. Share insights with HQ to refine sales and marketing strategies.</li><li>Brand Visibility: Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility. Execute promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.</li><li>Event & Campaign Support: Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and industry events to support sales and brand engagement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma required.</li><li>Experience: Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, ideally with retail channel sales. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person store visits and negotiations. Experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or related FMCG categories is a plus.</li><li>Skills: Strong sales and persuasion skills, comfortable with cold calling/door-to-door retail pitching. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.</li><li>Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region.
