About the Role

Apply4U is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations — entirely from home. You’ll work closely with the finance and operations teams to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and accounts processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank statements, and accounts
  • Support payroll processing and staff expense reports
  • Generate financial reports and assist with month-end tasks
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding finance queries
  • Maintain digital financial records in compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance administration or bookkeeping
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
