<p><strong>Group Finance Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Huddersfield (1/2 days a week)</strong></p><p><strong>Up to £45,000 + Study</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a growing business in Huddersfield to recruit a Group Finance Analyst who will be responsible for huge transformation projects across the business. Great mix of analysis, business partnering and autonomy to run projects end-end.</p><p><br></p><p>The role will include:</p><ul><li>Producing sales, margin and profitability reporting across a large client base.</li><li>Analysing performance across different products, sites and business areas, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.</li><li>Supporting budgeting and forecasting, including challenging assumptions and investigating variances.</li><li>Producing client and product profitability analysis to support commercial decision-making.</li><li>Maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards and recurring reports.</li><li>Working with large datasets using advanced Excel and multiple finance systems.</li><li>Preparing month-end accruals and supporting robust financial controls and reconciliations.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, better systems and AI tools.</li><li>Presenting clear financial analysis to both Finance and non-finance stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What's on offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Company bonus</li><li>Study support</li><li>26 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>Flexible working</li></ul><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone with strong Excel skills and previous experience in commercial finance, FP&A, finance analysis or a data-focused finance role.
