We currently oversee private sales exceeding $800 million with access to 300+ paintings, 80 of them Masterpieces, including the worlds most valuable painting from Leonardo da Vinci
We are now seeking established Fine Arts Partners - individuals with exceptional networks across leading collectors, investors, museums, and family offices - to join our global private sales division.
About the Mandate
This success fee–based opportunity is designed for experienced professionals active in the origination and execution of significant off-market fine art transactions. The mandate suits individuals accustomed to working discreetly with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) collectors, institutions, and private offices, connecting investment-grade artworks with qualified buyers worldwide.
Candidates must have verifiable access to prominent collectors or investors acquiring or divesting Grade A blue-chip artworks (Picasso, Monet, Mitchell, Basquiat, Rothko, etc.). Our existing sale mandates are ready for immediate matching with validated counterparties.

Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and present blue-chip artworks suitable for private sale
Introduce qualified buyers and sellers from your personal network into Private Office Ventures\' active deal environment
Structure and coordinate off-market transactions with full confidentiality, ensuring authentication, provenance tracking, and regulatory integrity
Collaborate with galleries, private curators, and art investment funds to expand our fine art pipeline
Align fine art sales with broader alternative investment portfolios within the Private Office Ventures ecosystem
Candidate Profile
Successful applicants will bring:
Minimum 5–10 years\' experience in art advisory, private art sales, wealth management, or similar high-value transactions
Established relationships with premier collectors, foundations, and investment entities
Proven ability to originate and close seven- to nine-figure art transactions discreetly
Strong grasp of valuation, due diligence, and international logistics in fine art transfers
Entrepreneurial, results-driven approach with integrity and confidentiality as core principles
Location
This position is not tied to a specific office location; what matters most is that you are highly connected within the top tiers of the Fine Arts world.
Compensation
This partnership operates exclusively on a success fee basis, offering substantial income potential proportionate to closed transactions. Exceptional performers gain recurring access to global mandates through one of the most active art and luxury networks in the world.
