Flow Studio Sales Representative at Autodesk: 100% Remote (Denver, CO)

Title: Flow Studio Sales Representative

Location: Colorado, USA - Remote, Denver, CO (hybrid)

Job Description:

Flow Studio has built a strong customer base through product-led growth. Creators and studios are already using it every day, and the product has matured to the point where it delivers serious value for larger creators and companies. Now we are building the inside sales team that takes the business upmarket, and we are hiring a Flow Studio Sales Specialist to be one of the first reps on it.

This is a digital first inside sales role with two core plays. First, you will engage customers already using Flow Studio in our self-serve tiers, use product usage signals to spot the accounts ready for more, and guide them into the Enterprise tier. Second, you will run targeted outbound into existing Autodesk customers who would be well served by Flow Studio, partnering closely with the Autodesk Account Executives and account reps who own those relationships. You will run fast, consultative sales cycles over phone and Zoom, from first conversation to close.

This is a startup inside Autodesk, and it is not starting from zero. The product, the customer base, and the executive backing are in place. What is new is the team and the motion. You will help write the first plays, test what works, kill what does not, and shape how Flow Studio scales from self-serve to sales-led.

You will work alongside a cross-functional growth team from Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, and learn from peers on the Fusion sales team, who have spent eight years scaling a similar business in manufacturing. Autodesk's culture emphasizes curiosity, rapid innovation, and ownership. We believe in reimagining what is possible, taking smart risks, and pursuing results with urgency. Flow lives that mindset with startup speed, bold goals, and a mission to transform how content gets made.

If you want to be on the ground floor of an AI product with real momentum and help build the team that scales it, this is the role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage self-serve Flow Studio customers showing strong usage or growth signals and convert them into Enterprise tier customers
  • Run targeted outbound into existing Autodesk Media and Entertainment customers in partnership with Autodesk Account Executives and account reps, aligning on account strategy and keeping account owners informed
  • Run discovery conversations to understand production workflows, team structure, and where AI-driven CG and 3D workflows deliver immediate value
  • Identify additional users, teams, and stakeholders inside accounts, and navigate toward decision makers with multi-threaded engagement
  • Run end to end virtual sales cycles including qualification, demo, objection handling, security and procurement steps, and close
  • Partner with technical specialists and product teams to deliver sharp demos and solution validation
  • Work with the growth team to refine product-qualified lead criteria, upgrade triggers, and handoffs between self-serve and sales-led motions
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, clean opportunity hygiene, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Leverage modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to increase velocity and sharpen execution
  • Capture customer insights and feed them back to Product and Marketing to help shape the roadmap and GTM motion

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, SaaS upsell or expansion, or product-led growth sales roles where revenue growth was the metric
  • Experience converting self-serve or freemium users into higher tier or enterprise customers
  • Comfort running fast paced, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom
  • Ability to partner with account owners and other sellers in a collaborative, shared-account model
  • Strong discovery instincts and curiosity about creative and production workflows
  • Ability to communicate clearly with artists, technical leads, producers, and business decision makers
  • Interest in AI, 3D, VFX, animation, games, or content creation technology
  • Competitive drive, resilience, and comfort operating without a fully defined playbook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into Media and Entertainment, creative tools, or production technology
  • Startup or early-stage team experience
  • Experience selling AI-powered or usage-based software

The Ideal Candidate

  • ACV from Enterprise tier upgrades and new Enterprise customers
  • Conversion of product-qualified leads into closed business
  • Pipeline creation and progression, including opportunities sourced with Autodesk account owners
  • Forecast accuracy and execution discipline

Why Flow Studio, Why Now

AI is changing how content gets made, and Flow Studio is at the center of that shift. Creators have already found the product. The next chapter is bringing it to larger studios and production companies that need it at scale.

As a Flow Studio Sales Specialist, you will be one of the first sellers to do that, and you will help build the playbook every rep after you will use. If you want startup speed with enterprise backing and a front row seat to an AI product scaling upmarket, we want to talk.
