Food Processing Operative – Smoked Salmon Factory
Location: Chalk Farm, NW1

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
4:30am – 12:30pm (6 or 8 hour shift)
£12.74-15/h

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Processing Operative to join our smoked salmon production team in Chalk Farm, NW1. This is a fast-paced role within a food manufacturing environment where quality, hygiene, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities: 
Trim, clean, debone and package smoked salmon.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
Accurately weigh products to ensure correct dispatch quantities.
Support other areas of production as required.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and quality at all times.

Requirements:
Basic English language skills.
Valid passport or other acceptable ID with the legal right to work in the UK.
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing, including knife skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry out manual handling duties.
Reliable and punctual.
