We\'re a TikTok agency that gets brands cut through on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have hit 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement and produce thumb-stoppingly good content that gets cut through on TikTok.

The brief:

We’re on the lookout for a freelance Account Director to lead on TikTok and paid social campaigns. You’ll be the strategic lead across key clients, with a focus on paid social, influencer strategy, TikTok Shop, and performanceled content. This role is perfect for a senior freelancer who’s comfortable leading from the front and delivering end to end campaign success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own strategic delivery across TikTok campaigns, including media planning, buying, and optimisation.
  • Build strong, trusted client relationships and act as their go to partner for all things TikTok.
  • Lead TikTok Shop strategy, from shoppable content to influencer integration and live activations.
  • Oversee campaign execution across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practice: optimising storefronts, boosting shoppable content, leveraging platform tools.
  • Act as senior client contact and escalation point, ensuring high standards and strategic clarity.
  • Lead creative briefing, collaborating with in house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers.
  • Develop budget plans and proposals for new and existing clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior level experience in an agency setting, with a track record of managing complex accounts.
  • Hands on expertise with TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, from affiliate programs to live streaming and storefront optimisation.
  • Strong client leadership skills, confident in calls, reporting, and strategy presentations.
  • A sharp eye for performance focused creative and an understanding of what converts on TikTok.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across different verticals and media spends.
  • Comfortable jumping into fast paced environments, adapting quickly, and delivering high quality work.
Salary: GBP 40000 - 50000 per year Experience: 5 years required
