Ad → Lead → Appointment → New Client → Revenue We don't simply want to know how many clicks or leads we've generated. We want to understand which advertising is generating the right enquiries, appointments and ultimately new clients.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an established freelancer or independent paid media specialist with ideally 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.

  • Experience testing ad copy, creative, audiences and offers
  • Experience producing clear performance reports and communicating recommendations
  • A proven track record within a lead-generation environment
Experience generating leads for healthcare, wellness, fitness or local service businesses would be particularly valuable. Google Ads and/or Meta certification is desirable, but demonstrable commercial results and hands-on experience are more important to us than certificates.

Working arrangement

  • Freelance / self-employed
  • Ongoing monthly retainer
  • Predominantly remote — SCC is based in Brentwood, Essex
  • Working alongside our Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant and wider marketing support team
  • Competitive monthly retainer based on experience and agreed scope
We're interested in results and accountability rather than set working hours. We want someone who can independently keep our paid acquisition performing, identify opportunities and communicate clearly when action is required. Interested?

When applying, please don't just send us a CV.

We’d like to see examples of real campaigns you've personally managed, ideally including:
