You’ll be partnering with a fast-scaling, consumer-focused e-commerce business on a mission to make everyday wellness simpler, more engaging, and more effective. Backed by strong growth and expanding paid media investment, this business is looking for an experienced freelance strategist who can quickly embed, bring clarity to performance data, and translate insight into high-impact creative direction. The Freelance Performance Creative Strategist will act as the link between paid media performance, creative output, and commercial objectives, ensuring campaigns are optimised for both immediate return and sustainable growth.

Role Highlights

– Develop and refine short and mid-term growth roadmaps aligned to acquisition and revenue goals

– Build and manage structured testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and funnels

– Analyse performance across paid channels to identify scalable opportunities

– Translate data insights into clear creative direction for rapid iteration

– Support leadership with actionable recommendations grounded in performance metrics

You Will Need

– Strong experience in performance marketing or growth strategy within DTC or e-commerce

– Proven ability to scale Meta and Google Ads profitably

– Confidence working with platforms such as Shopify, GA4, and attribution tools

– A data-led mindset paired with creative intuition

– The ability to operate autonomously in a freelance, fast-moving environment
