French Outbound Sales Representative

Role Description The French Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. In this position, the representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in French-speaking markets to promote products and services, qualify leads, and close sales in line with project targets.

Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, and accurately documenting interactions in CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following established sales processes and compliance guidelines, and meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics. The representative is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, customer focus, and collaboration in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong French-language communication skills (spoken and written), with good command of English for internal communication and training.
  • Proven outbound sales or telesales experience, including lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales in a contact center or similar environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand needs, build rapport quickly, and handle objections in a respectful and effective manner.
  • Comfort with using CRM and contact center tools, as well as basic computer literacy (e.g., email, spreadsheets, data entry).
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to shift-based schedules in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sectors such as telecommunications, travel, tourism, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or related fields is a plus.
