Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. The primary purpose of this role is to greet visitors on to the site and deliver exceptional customer service assistance, whilst also providing training course administrative support as required. The role will involve working 37.5 hours a week, 7.5 hours per day on a 2 week rota basis: Week 1 - 7am – 3pm Week 2 – 10am – 6pm This role is fixed-term covering maternity for 12 months**Job title:**Front Desk Administrator**Job Description:****What you’ll be doing*** Ensuring all calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and redirected as appropriate.* Welcoming visitors on site and signpost as necessary to the relevant department.* Receiving, sorting and dispatching mail and action any deliveries.* Ensuring building security is maintained/adhered to at all times.
