Andalucia Tapas & Wine Bar is an award-winning restaurant, tapas bar, and thriving hospitality venue in Ferring, West Sussex. We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to hospitality and can confidently deliver 5-star service to our guests.

The Role

We are currently hiring front-of-house & bar staff for Saturday night shifts. This role includes waitressing, bar support, running food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit, whether that be in Andalucia or Privado.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while upholding our brand values
  • Take orders, run food and drinks, and provide attentive award-winning table service
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks as part of the bar team
  • Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for our menu, wines, cocktails, and specials
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit team in a busy service environment
  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ due to bar service and licensing requirements
  • Previous hospitality, front-of-house, or bar experience preferred
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work Saturday evenings is essential

Pay

  • Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour
  • Ages 18–20: £10.85 per hour
  • Plus shared team tips, paid monthly via wages

Hours

  • Saturday night availability is essential
  • Opportunity to pick up additional hours based on availability and open shifts, especially during summer months and key holiday periods
