We’re looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Staff to join the team at Den 97 in Farnham.

Den 97 is a busy bar and events venue, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, can keep their head during busy services and want to be part of a great team.

The role

As a Front of House team member, you’ll help make sure every customer has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and serving customers
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Serving drinks and working behind the bar
  • Running food and clearing tables
  • Using the EPOS system and handling payments
  • Keeping the bar and venue clean and presentable
  • Helping with opening and closing duties
  • Supporting busy services, private bookings and events
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly

Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
