Located on Covent Garden’s Drury Lane with 141 rooms, two cocktail bars, rooftop terrace and a signature restaurant, it’s our first international destination, adding to our portfolio of hotels in Berlin, one in Munich, and one in Düsseldorf and Leipzig.

We are seeking a driven and passionate Front Office Receptionist on a part-time basis (20-hrs contract) to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden.

About the role 

Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure 

Handle check-in, check-out and manage guest requests promptly 

Liaise with all departments and communicate effectively with other teams

Prepare the VIP list and arrange amenities to delight our guests

Promote hotel services and facilities

About you:

Previous experience as a Receptionist in the hotel industry preferable

Friendly and positive can-do attitude

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure and within a team

Flexibility to respond to a variety of guest requests and different work situations
