TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.<br><br><strong>The Role And What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>In this role, you’ll execute fulfillment operations for events, ensuring guests receive their tickets, credentials, and hospitality materials accurately and on time:<br><br><ul><li>Execute on-site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, Combat Sports and other verticals</li><li>Process and track shipments, coordinate with shipping vendors on day-to-day logistics</li><li>Work with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverables</li><li>Provide broker exchange marketplace support and flag issues in real time</li><li>Maintain accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment tracking</li><li>Follow all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processes</li><li>Perform reconciliation tasks and assist with first-level customer inquiries and escalations</li><li>Prepare event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specifications</li><li>Utilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently</li><li>Support on-site event setup, check-in, and guest-facing fulfillment activities<br><br></li></ul><strong>You Have These<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams</li><li>Willingness to travel for on-site event support as required<br><br></li></ul><strong>We’d Love If You Also Have These<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry</li><li>Familiarity with ticketing platforms or credential management systems</li><li>Experience with shipping, tracking, or warehouse operations</li><li>Background in guest-facing or customer service roles</li><li>Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency<br><br></li></ul>Don’t meet every single requirement?
