Full Stack Software Developer (Python / React)

About the Role: London is one of the world's premier tech capitals, and at Bizmatech Solutions UK, we bring that same world-class standard to modern software engineering. We build enterprise-grade web applications that are scalable, resilient, and beautifully responsive. We believe backend power and frontend precision must work seamlessly together. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer (Python / React) who can take full ownership of end-to-end feature delivery. You aren't just writing code; you are shaping the digital architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between complex business logic and intuitive, lightning-fast user interfaces. You are the champion for clean code and performance in every sprint.

Why Work With Us?

  • The Environment: Our office is located in the heart of London. We value a workspace that fuels innovation—collaborative design spaces, agile energy, and great coffee.
  • Engineering Maturity: We don't need you to convince us that quality code and testing matter. We know they do. You will have a voice in architectural decisions from Day 1.
  • Modern Stack: We build backend services in Python (Django/FastAPI) and modern frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Growth: You will have dedicated support and resources for continuous learning and tech conferences to keep your engineering skills sharp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy robust RESTful APIs in Python while crafting responsive frontend UI components using React.
  • Architecture & System Design: Contribute to system design, database schemas (PostgreSQL), and cloud integration strategy to ensure application scalability.
  • Code Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and advocate for best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Product Collaboration: Translate business requirements and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and well-documented technical solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application speed, database queries, and frontend rendering performance across platforms.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven commercial experience in full-stack web development using Python (Django or FastAPI) and React.
  • Portfolio / GitHub: Demonstrated experience building scalable web applications. Show us clean code architecture, API design, and well-structured frontend logic.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, Python, REST APIs, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with product owners and presenting technical solutions.
  • Mindset: Pragmatic problem-solver. You balance technical perfection with business delivery, knowing when to refactor and when to ship an MVP.

Pay: £65,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexitime
  • Health & wellbeing programme
  • Paid volunteer time
