Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador of workpinnacle, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include Responding to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a response time of under 2 minutes on average. Utilizing workpinnacle’s CRM and knowledge base to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on products, services, and support procedures. Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of issues, from technical glitches to billing questions, while escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist teams. Building rapport with customers by actively listening, acknowledging concerns, and offering personalized solutions. Tracking and documenting all interactions in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing—to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
