About MTRX Media:

MTRX, an advertising agency based worldwide. We create ads for your favourite brands, creatives that work and convert for paid media.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 5 concepts a week and have them be absolutely killer (1 Concept is 1 original video + 4 hook variants)
  • Help other editors achieve the 4 concepts a week goal
  • Constantly look for tools/processes in which we can improve our creatives from
- Keep communication and team morale high

Ideal Persona:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Video Editing Experience.
  • Ability to actively take initiative
  • You're not scared to communicate your ideas (If you are don't apply)
  • Strong understanding of paid media, UGC, and content conversion on Facebook & TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of creatives in general
  • Previous agency experience.
  • Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and bringing concepts to life.
  • Ability to anticipate future trends and viral videos.
  • Success in identifying and collaborating with other editors to increase video quality
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable communicating with both team members and clients.
  • Hungry to grow and build a team
