Location: Guildford

Contract Type: Permanent - fully office based

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)

Salary Range: £34,000 - £36,000 - depending on experience

Driving Required: Yes due to office location with occasional travel to other offices

About This Role:

Are you a dynamic and energetic individual who thrives in an office environment? As my clients Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of their organisation, ensuring their workplace is organised, welcoming, and reflective of their core values. You'll also be the go-to person for all their office needs, promoting a vibrant culture and a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

First Point of Contact: Greet visitors warmly and handle internal/external queries efficiently.

Office Inductions: Deliver engaging onboarding experiences for newcomers.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and act as Fire Marshall and First Aider.

Supplies Management: Oversee office consumables like stationery and snacks.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and refreshments.

Social Events: Organise fun office events, including our annual Christmas party.

Regular Check-ins: Maintain office hygiene and engage contractors when needed.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with other offices to ensure alignment and best practises.
