You will work on either:</p><ul><li>PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or</li><li>WCA (Work Capability Assessment)</li></ul><p>Our Talent Team will support you in identifying the most suitable benefit based on your background and experience.</p><p>There is no requirement for previous Functional Assessor experience. Full training is provided.</p><p>This is a hybrid role, with up to 3 days per week working face-to-face in an assessment centre and the remainder of the week working remotely from home, offering structure and flexibility, with no evenings or weekend shifts.</p><p><strong>Salary and benefits</strong></p><ul><li>£42,000.00 per annum</li><li>Bonus up to 10% of salary once fully accredited</li><li>Annual salary reviews</li><li>Professional membership fees covered</li><li>25 days annual leave + bank holidays</li><li>Hybrid working and flexibility</li><li>Paid training and ongoing clinical support</li><li>Free physiotherapy and wellbeing services</li><li>Discounts, rewards and charity time gifting</li></ul><p>You can learn more about the benefits of working at Advo Health here.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Holding telephone, video or in-person consultations with people who are applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit or a Work Capability Assessment (WCA).</li><li>Assessing a variety of complex conditions and impairments.</li><li>Using your strong verbal communication skills and writing high-quality, fair and accurate assessment reports using a specialist IT system.</li><li>Working with your line manager to advance your own professional development and career as a Functional Assessor.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential experience and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience working as a <strong>Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)</strong>.</li><li>You must hold full registration with the <strong>Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)</strong>.</li></ul><p>Our goal is for Advo Health to be a workplace that creates a sense of belonging for everyone.
