Our Consumer Unit is home to three iconic brands – BT, EE, and Plusnet. Each brand is unique, catering to different segments of the market, and collectively, they generate more revenue than any other part of BT. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to create a connection in every home in the UK by 2025.

As part of EE Consumer, you’ll work at the heart of this ambition, helping us create digital, data‑led, and customer‑first experiences that transform lives and businesses across the country.

  • Owning the commercial plan and roadmap for Gaming across all channels, supporting the omni‑channel strategy and ensuring best‑in‑class execution.

  • Overseeing partner channel relationships, managing commercial contracts, setting commission models, and making strategic decisions to deliver on commercial ambitions.

What Skills You’ll Need

  • Strong understanding of financial performance drivers including revenue, EBITDA, and FCF, with the ability to build business cases that support commercial interventions.
  • Proven experience in driving and optimising commercial performance across direct and indirect partners, assisted channels (e.g. retail and contact centres), and delivering consistent digital growth.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and leading change initiatives that improve commercial performance across business functions and marketing channels.
  • Ability to distil complex performance data and narratives into clear, concise, and audience‑tailored content for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desirable: Subject‑matter expertise in the Gaming sector, including market context, trading, distribution approaches, and indirect partnerships such as affiliate marketing. A degree‑level education or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
