Develop and maintain data processing systems, including data ingestion, transformation, and integration, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of data. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, including data quality, performance, and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the data engineering field, particularly in GCP, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our data architecture and processes. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with cloud infrastructure and security teams to ensure data privacy and security best practices are implemented. Create and maintain technical documentation to track and communicate data pipelines, processes, and configurations. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely delivery of projects.
