General Administrator - Brighton i360

30000 + Bonus


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the site General Manager, Ticketing Manager & Sales Manager, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


This role will be office based from our office within the Brighton i360, you will be required to work weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inboxes, responding to inquiries and working with internal partners as necessary.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support office management with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling, and document preparation, booking enquiries, venue and personal calendar management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and arrangements for team members as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general support to visitors and liaise with external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned to support the business.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach.
