The company provides online GP consultations, medical diagnostics, and prescription treatments, allowing patients to access high-quality healthcare without the need for an in-person practice visit.<br /> <br /> <strong><br /> The Opportunity</strong><br /> We are seeking an experienced German speaking General Practitioner (GP) to join a growing Clinical Team and help deliver safe, effective, and high-quality digital healthcare. This is an exciting, 4 day-a-week opportunity for a GMC-registered GP who is looking to practise medicine in a flexible, technology-enabled environment. You will review online patient consultations, make autonomous evidence-based clinical decisions, and support patients through their healthcare journey.<br /> <br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p><section> <ul> <li>Reviewing and assessing asynchronous patient consultations, with a focus on weight management and other digital healthcare services</li> <li>Assessing patient suitability for GLP-1 therapies and other treatments in line with clinical guidelines and prescribing pathways.</li> <li>Requesting additional clinical information where required to support safe and appropriate prescribing decisions</li> <li>Prescribing medication safely in accordance with GMC guidance, UK legislation, and clinical protocols</li> <li>Monitoring ongoing treatment and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey</li> <li>Participating in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives</li> <li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient pathways and service delivery</li> <li>Providing clinical input into new treatments, services, and digital healthcare solutions.</li> <li>Identifying opportunities to improve processes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.</li> </ul> </section><section></section></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong><br /> <br /> </p> <p><section> <ul> <li>Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)</li> <li>GMC registration with a licence to practise in the UK.</li> <li>CCT in General Practice.</li> <li>Strong clinical knowledge gained through UK General Practice experience.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of evidence-based medicine and safe prescribing.</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients.</li> <li>Confidence making autonomous clinical decisions within a remote healthcare environment.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.</li> <li>Experience using digital platforms and electronic clinical systems.</li> <li>A genuine interest in innovation and improving healthcare through technology.</li> </ul> </section></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong><br /> £100,000 pa pro rata over a 1-5 day week. eg. for a 4 day week, the pro rata salary would be c£80,000.  £100% remote working option possible.
