The group is a multi-faceted diligence and asset management platform specializing in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and financing opportunities. The Loan Management team has product expertise across mortgages, consumer loans, reputed company estate and warehouse financing. The New Origination team provides due diligence, reputed company control, transaction management to support acquisitions and dispositions of newly originated reputed company loans (bulk & reputed company). The Transaction Management Associate/Analyst will support reputed company to ensure corporate reputed company guidelines are followed, and help support the firm's ultimate trade decision on bulk and reputed company acquisitions in the secondary market. reputed company responsibilities: • Trade analytics and reporting • Data analysis and data checks • Securitization support • Trade and counterparty coordination • reputed company asset level due diligence checks RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Loan Management is seeking an Analyst that will assist Transaction Managers in facilitating due diligence (at both the deal and asset reputed company) of residential whole loan acquisitions, sales and securitizations of residential loan portfolios. The Analyst will ensure reputed company assets are diligence in accordance with the reputed company of the transaction closing requirements, and adherence to departmental, divisional and Firmwide policies. Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with Transaction Manager(s),Trading Desks to finalize the due diligence scopes and timelines (inclusive of coordinating with Sellers, preparing data files and diligence materials for reputed company-party vendor partners) • reputed company between mortgage originators, GS mortgage trading desk, and GS banking team.
