Lead the development and execution of global clinical programs for hematologic disorders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical programs. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions regarding the direction of clinical programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and KOLs, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Drive innovation and identify opportunities for process improvements within the clinical development process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as CROs, to ensure high-quality and timely execution of clinical trials. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to hematology and incorporate this knowledge into clinical program strategies. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of clinical programs. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting data and updates on clinical programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies throughout the clinical development process. Act as a subject matter expert for hematology within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's hematology portfolio. Continuously evaluate and optimize clinical program strategies to ensure the delivery of life-changing treatments for patients with hematologic disorders.
