What We're Looking For

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, sport, leadership positions, or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Source and engage high-calibre professionals across specialist markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Conduct market mapping, research, and talent identification projects
  • Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to successful placement
  • Develop expertise within your chosen sector and become a trusted market specialist
  • Support business development activities and client growth initiatives
  • Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
