Job Description

The role We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Surveyor to work across the Commercial Agency and Lease Advisory teams, based at Cluttons head office in the City of London. The best things about the role Great friendly and knowledgeable team with excellent training opportunities Wide and varied role with lots of client interaction Access to Cluttons graduate training programme support Responsibilities Gain hands on experience across multiple real estate disciplines, including Commercial Agency and Lease Advisory, whilst committing to completing the APC training programme. The role is focused on the acquisition and disposal of and commercial office and industrial premises, alongside supporting with, and managing a caseload of lease renewal and rent review instructions across office, industrial, and retail premises.

Inspecting and measuring properties in line with RICS standards. Assisting in the delivery of strategic real estate projects. Helping to develop and enhance client relationships.

Assist in the identification of new opportunities and in client pitching to support business growth plans. Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments as well as external clients and consultants such as solicitors, building surveyors and other agents regarding ongoing and upcoming lease transactions. We also have a strong presence in the telecoms and infrastructure markets therefore the role would include undertaking site searches and land acquisitions for various telecommunications providers across the UK.

Using databases and mapping software. Requirements Ideally an RICS accredited degree (or similar other) Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills A self-starter keen to take on responsibility for managing instructions or subsections of major instructions within team with ability to prioritise when required An ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach Ability to manage workloads and multitask to deal multiple clients Ability to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally Relevant experience in the real estate industry would be beneficial but not essential.
