As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will join a fast-growing technology environment, supporting the delivery and configuration of innovative software solutions. This is a highly analytical, client-facing role combining technical configuration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll develop expertise in system implementation and digital transformation within financial services. No two projects are the same — you’ll gain exposure to varied benefit designs, complex calculations, data migrations, and software releases, building valuable technical and consulting skills from day one. Assist in configuring workflows, data screens, system interfaces, payroll integrations, and reports. Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, gathering feedback and securing approval. Support software releases and upgrade processes when required. Manage multiple parallel tasks and prioritise effectively within project deadlines. A technical undergraduate degree. Confidence using Microsoft Office tools. Desirable (but not essential — training will be provided): Experience or academic exposure to SQL, T-SQL, XML, or databases. Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
