Graphic Designer - Mid
Join the Nalley Consulting team as Graphic Designer.<br><br><strong>Position: </strong>Graphic Designer<br><strong>LCAT: </strong>Mid<br><strong>Location:</strong> Riverdale, MD<br><br><strong>Required clearance and polygraph: </strong>Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.<br><br><strong>Required experience and education: </strong>3+ years of experience in graphic design and bachelor's degree in an area related to graphic design<br><br><strong>Description</strong><ul><li>Works collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and further enhances or conveys analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions</li><li>Provides graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products including, but not limited to, developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced pre-publications techniques</li><li>Uses Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, and interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content</li><li>Integrates graphics with text, audio and video to support interactive and multimedia high-visibility finished intelligence products</li><li>Produces dynamic content IAW IC published standards (i.e. D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments</li><li>Provides user experience / user interface expertise for development of interactive graphics and web products</li></ul><strong>Required qualifications</strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products</li><li>Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word, and design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, After Effects, and MAPublisher</li><li>Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission-focused goals</li><li>Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements</li><li>Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges</li><li>TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to complete a polygraph</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a field related to graphic design.</li></ul>
