About the Role

We are looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer based in the United Kingdom to join our Marketing team on a long-term, part-time basis (12 hours per week, 3 hours on 4 days).

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Cityus across digital and print channels. From social media content and website updates to sales presentations, marketing collateral and event materials, you'll help ensure every touchpoint reflects our premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design

  • Design engaging visual content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Create static posts, carousels, Stories and branded social media templates.
  • Edit short-form videos and Reels for social media campaigns.
  • Adapt content to different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support content creation with graphics, animations and simple motion design where appropriate.

Website Design & Digital Content

  • Design and build landing pages in WordPress using existing templates.
  • Update website content, layouts and visual assets across multiple websites.
  • Optimise page layouts to improve user experience and brand consistency.
  • Ensure all web content aligns with the company's visual identity.

Email Marketing

  • Design and build branded newsletter templates in Mailchimp.
  • Create visually engaging email campaigns for marketing, events and company news.
  • Ensure newsletters are responsive and consistent with brand guidelines.

Marketing & Sales Collateral

  • Design brochures, flyers, one-pagers and promotional materials.
  • Create business cards, roll-up banners, exhibition materials and signage.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, investor presentations and corporate proposals.
  • Produce digital documents such as PDFs, sales sheets and client presentations.
  • Prepare artwork for print

Event & Brand Communications

  • Design invitations for corporate events, webinars and networking events.
  • Create festive communications, greeting cards and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop branded assets for internal communications and company announcements.
  • Produce visual materials to support new property openings.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all materials follow Cityus brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency across typography, colours, imagery and layouts.
  • Develop and improve design templates for presentations, documents and marketing assets.
  • Organise and maintain the company's design asset library.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on creative campaigns and strategic projects.
  • Contribute ideas for new campaigns and visual concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide design support across the business on a wide range of marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent knowledge of Canva (essential), Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Mailchimp and WordPress.
  • Strong eye for branding, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (French is a plus).
  • freelance position: Applicants should be willing to register their own limited company within 3 months & file their own taxes with HMRC.
